     Social media has fried the brains of the youth in todays  society and even some the adults.       Screen time on our cellar devices nowadays is out of the roof and way past the average recommended. Unfortunately, half of that screen time is spent on social media platforms. On social media platforms you may find some of the most influential people, dangerous people, famous people, quiet people, and maybe even your next door neighbor.            Social media reckons an option to connect in different ways through creativity. Though, the problem today is how individuals have turned social media into a war zone, while some still find it a learning experience and source of entertainment. We are here for a good time, not a long time. Communicate through love in real life as much as possible. Do not get distracted by social media or its tactics and trends. ...

Stress Relief

      To my understanding, stress is defined as a state of mental or emotional struggle caused by adverse circumstances. So many factors fall into stress, and its causes. A stressed mind may explode after so long.      Some of the leading causes of stress are: being under a lot of  pressure, facing big changes, worrying about something/someone, having responsibilities that you're finding overwhelming, not having enough work, activities, or change in your life, times of uncertainty, and etc. On top of life stressors which can be very gruesome such as: the death of a loved one, divorce, loss of a job, increase of financial obligations, getting married, and etc. Stress can kill brain cells and even reduce the size of the brain.     But all it takes to relieve stress is exercising, consumption of water and supplements, writing it down, spending time with friends and family, yoga, laughing, listening to music, deep breathing, pets, ...
